·         I took on a role such as subject matter expert as I did for E911/T-Mobile/Arizona. I helped run multiple projects with T-Mobile that installed 125 cell sites with E911/True Position equipment. The E911 project was completed ahead of schedule and below budget

·         Provided E911 planning and detailed design, configurations, and optimization services to the Arizona, Idaho, Utah, New Mexico and El Paso market. Responsible for spare management and capacity planning of LMU, AMS, and SMLC nodes. Provide configuration management for cell site re home, new sites and new PSAP deployments.

·         Coordinated and scheduled testing, turn-up and trouble shooting with nine T-Mobile field technicians.

·         Successfully managed a project to install 120 LMU in existing T-Mobile sites.  Included management of eight sub-contractors.  Installation was on time and under budget.
